Return Policy

At SemyaFarm.com, every item we craft is made with love and care — especially our personalized products. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so here’s what you need to know:


🧵 Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized products are final sale. These are made-to-order just for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is damaged during shipping

  • We made an error in the customization

If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at rowena@semyafarm.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.


📦 Non-Custom Products

If your item isn’t personalized, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • It must be unused and in original condition

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping).


📷 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at hello@semyafarm.com within 7 days. Include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll respond within 2 business days to resolve it promptly.
